Creative heart vs business smarts

Forging a creative career is thrilling. But it comes with its own set of financial and emotional challenges. Recent research has brought mental health issues within the music industry to the forefront and APRA AMCOS has been facilitating events on the topic.

These well-received events are heading to regional areas and will be led by Shihad drummer Tom Larkin, who is also a producer and artist manager. Drawing on a combination of research, personal experience, and strategies, Tom conducts a dynamic and open session on creativity, business, and finding support along the way. APRA AMCOS Representative Tenille Elkins introduces the session with an overview of APRA AMCOS.

The event is FREE and open to anyone with an interest in a creative career.
