Musician, DJ and producer Simona Castricum moderates a conversation that turns up the wattage on the unique work and passion of three of Melbourne’s leading sound and production artists. Hear first hand the inspiration, aspirations, processes and projects of Bridget Chappell (Sound School/ Hextape), Chiara Kickdrum (artist, producer, lecturer) and Simon Karis (Nice Music, label and artist).

The search for the most deadly West Australian emerging indigenous artists is on with nominations open until 11.59pm Tuesday August 20th for the inaugural WA NAIDOC Music Awards.

The NAIDOC Music Awards has been developed to recognise the importance of awarding our talented indigenous musicians across nine different categories that will see even unrecorded artists acknowledged for their talent.
To be eligible to be nominated for a NAIDOC Music Award you, or the lead singer/songwriter of your band, must be Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and any song submitted must be original.
