TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the 2018 Expo Liaison Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions of entry.

2. Promotion commences Monday 2 July 2018 and entries close at 5pm AEST on Friday 20 July 2018.

3. The general description of the promotion is: A contest to tell the promoter, in 25 words or less, your answer to the following: “You’re walking down Collins Street, and you bump into Client Liaison. They invite you to share some Fosters and champagne over a long lunch. In 25 words or less, who do you invite and why?” as judged by the promoter. Entry form available online.

4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged upon creativity and originality as determined in the absolute discretion of the judges.

5. Entry is open to Australian residents only, who must be over 18 years of age to enter, excluding all employees of the promoter and associated companies, and their immediate families.

6.  The prize consists of: Double VIP Pass + Watch Client Liaison & John Farnham perform from side of stage (one prize per state).

7. Any travel and accommodation expenses to attend the 2018 Expo Liaison will be the responsibility of the prize winner and will not be the responsibility of APRA AMCOS.

8. The promoter will notify the winners after the competition end date of Friday 20 July, via the email address the winner has provided. You will only be contacted if are you a winner.

9.If the promoter is unable to contact the winner having made reasonable efforts to do so using the information provided in the entry email by the winner, the promoter will disqualify the winner and declare the judged runner up as the winner.

10. The prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash and the Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

11. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to authenticate entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.

12. If the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms of the Promotion, including the prize and these conditions of entry subject to state legislation.

13. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any damage, loss, cost or expense (including indirect or consequential) which is suffered by entrants or for any personal injury suffered as a result of the winner receiving or using the prize.

14. Prize claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. Use of entrants’ personal information is governed by the APRA AMCOS privacy policy. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to third parties that assist the Promoter with its promotional activities. Entrants may, upon request to the Promoter, access and correct personal information held by the Promoter.
