Alternative Dispute Resolution
We can help our members resolve disputes they may have with other writers or publishers. We provide a low-cost way of settling differences with an independent dispute resolution process.
If you do not agree with how we apply licences to your business, with our fees, or with any of our services, you can refer the matter to our independent dispute resolution process.
