Live and recorded music during a sporting event creates a great atmosphere in a stadium, heightening the excitement, drama and tension for players and spectators.
All sporting games and events using music need a Sporting Event licence.
The licence covers playing live and recorded music before, during and after a game, as well as background music at stadiums, including in corporate boxes.
Our Sporting Event licence is for one-off games and events but it does not apply to international tournaments. To discuss licensing arrangements for these events please contact us.
If the company operating your sporting code or event uses music at their office you may need a music in the workplace licence.
