Free, online event during Melbourne International Games Week

High Score: Composition and Sound Art for Gaming returns in 2020! Music and sound creators and games developers from around the world are invited to join the one-day virtual conference on Saturday 3 October for free, all from the comfort of your kitchen table, couch or home office.

Registration opens in mere days and we're keeping most of the program details under wraps until then. But, you can get excited now about the keynotes that will bookend High Score with Seattle-based composer and producer Lena Raine (Minecraft Nether Update) and Melbourne's own Dan Golding of Untitled Goose Game, speaking on their craft and what music brings to games.

High Score: Composition and Sound Art for Gaming is presented by APRA AMCOS, in partnership with the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria and the Victorian Music Development Office, and is part of Melbourne International Games Week.
